From apprentice to co-owner by 22 (talk about a glow-up!), Jayme has spent 9 fabulous years at Simply Shine perfecting the art of transformation.

A true colour chameleon, she’s your go-to for dramatic makeovers, balayage magic, and blow dries that bounce like they mean it. Jayme brings the chat, the charm, and probably a hilarious story or two to every appointment and if she’s not in the salon, she’s likely lifting weights, brunching with partner Ryan, or spoiling her adorable nieces (with maybe a sneaky bit of retail therapy in between).

For Jayme, hairdressing isn’t just about hair, it’s about confidence, connection, and making sure your 6 weekly glow-up feels more like catching up with an old friend.

With over 40 years of experience (and not a hair out of place), Steph is the resident blowdry whisperer and a baby lights queen known for her signature gladwrap technique.

Trained in Sydney and once a salon owner herself, she now brings her precision styling and seasoned expertise to Simply Shine, where she’s been creating hair magic for the past decade.

Between perfect partings and colour foils, she’s likely giving you her latest go-to recipe or making sure the towel game out back is on point. Steph is all about creating new looks while protecting the health of your hair and let’s be honest, once you’ve been in her chair, you’ll be fielding compliments (and desperate questions about who does your hair) for weeks.

With 37 years in the game and a love for short, sassy styles, Sharon is the queen of precision cuts with a cheeky twist.

She’s worked alongside some of the industry’s best and now shares her expertise with the next gen of stylists at Simply Shine. Known for her warm heart and razor-sharp scissors, Sharon’s all about making her long-time clients feel like family (and look fabulous).

When she’s not transforming locks, she’s whipping up something delicious for her loved ones or planning her next getaway.

Sharon's mission? For every client to leave feeling taller, brighter, and just a little bit bolder.

After honing her craft in Melbourne for nearly a decade, Brooke brought her blonde wizardry and styling smarts back to Tamworth in 2022 and Simply Shine has been glowing ever since.

Whether it’s a lived-in blonde, balayage, or just bringing out your natural texture, she’s all about enhancing you.

A self-confessed styling enthusiast, Brooke’s the type to slip you a game-changing hair hack while swapping plant care tips and must-watch docos.

A true country girl with a flair for blondes, she's our go-to for flawless Nanoplasty treatments and bouncy blow dries. Jess brings her bright energy and golden touch to Simply Shine after styling her way through Armidale and Tamworth.

She’s always up for a good chat and loves nothing more than seeing her clients leave smiling, glowing, and feeling like their best selves.

When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll find her off-grid camping, fishing, gold prospecting, or soaking up the serenity on her family’s property.

With Jess, it’s more than just hair, it’s good vibes, great company, and a fresh new look to match.

Sage may only be a few years into the game, but she’s already making waves, starting her hair journey at Simply Shine and diving headfirst into all things La Biosthetique and beyond.

From sleek Nanoplasty treatments to flawless foils and styling that slays, Sage has a soft spot for long hair and big transformations (with even bigger smiles).

Outside the salon, she’s either gym bound, wining and dining, or sipping cocktails with the girls, always on the go, always glowing.

Her goal? For every client to feel seen, pampered, and absolutely fabulous, whether they’re with her for a quick touch up or a full blown makeover.

Jumping straight from year 10 into the world of hair, Jayde’s been bringing colour, bounce, and 90s blowdry realness to Simply Shine for the past 3 years.

Always up for a laugh and curious about anything fresh and fabulous, she brings a vibrant energy to the salon floor.

Jayde lives for those feel good moments, big smiles, loud laughs, and fun chats with clients who leave not just looking amazing, but feeling it too.

Every second with her is a vibe and she wouldn’t have it any other way.

As Simply Shine's first-year apprentice, Mia has big dreams and even bigger dedication. Mia is diving headfirst into the world of hairdressing, studying at Tamworth TAFE and soaking up every ounce of knowledge like a true stylist in the making!

With a growing love for colouring, foiling, blow drying and styling, she’s already making her mark with warm welcomes, dreamy basin massages, and a knack for making clients feel pampered and seen.

When Mia isn't in the salon, she’s researching the latest trends or spending time with her nearest and dearest.

Mia’s mission? To build a beautiful career and loyal clientele one fabulous blow dry at a time.

Poppy is Simply Shine’s resident ray of sunshine and the glue that keeps everything running smoothly aka our fabulous “tea and tidy” queen.

With 2.5 years under her belt, she’s a pro at keeping the salon on schedule, the team on track, and everything sparkling clean.

When she’s not brewing the perfect cuppa or saving us from chaos, she’s hitting the books in her final year of school.

Smart, sweet, and seriously switched on, Poppy is the calm in our glam storm.
